Review supplier price changes for your Shopify store
Compare a supplier CSV or XLSX price list with a fresh Shopify product export. Match by exact SKU or barcode within one vendor, review costs and product-cost margins, and prepare supported updates for manual import.
From supplier spreadsheet to reviewed Shopify updates
For multi-brand Shopify retailers reviewing recurring supplier changes, PriceListPilot brings matching, cost review and proposed updates into one browser workflow. Start with one supplier and a fresh export of your store.
1. Confirm the files and identifiers
Use a Shopify product CSV and a supplier CSV or XLSX. Choose the vendor, exact SKU or barcode, cost column, currency and per-item units. Duplicate or ambiguous matches are flagged rather than guessed.
2. Review costs and margins
Inspect increases, decreases, unmatched rows and exclusions. Keep current selling prices, choose a pricing rule or make a reviewed override. Product-cost gross margin is not net profit.
3. Separate reports from store updates
Analytical change and issue reports explain the comparison. Supported Shopify cost and price files are separate downloads for manual import; the tool does not automatically change your live store.
Product files stay in browser memory and are not automatically uploaded. Account, billing and support information are handled separately. Read about local processing.
Try the fictional demo, compare your own files and download issue reports for free. Customer-file exports require a $19 USD seven-day pass or $29 USD monthly access, with applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Questions about PriceListPilot
What is PriceListPilot?
PriceListPilot is a standalone browser tool for comparing a supplier CSV or XLSX price list with a Shopify product export. It helps you review exact matches, cost changes and product-cost margins, then prepare supported cost or price files for manual import.
Does PriceListPilot automatically change my Shopify store?
No. PriceListPilot does not install a Shopify app or write directly to your live store. You review the proposed changes, choose supported exports and use Shopify’s own manual import process. It does not provide automatic repricing or inventory synchronization.
Does PriceListPilot use AI to choose my prices?
No. The comparison uses exact identifiers and decimal calculations. You choose pricing rules, such as a target product-cost margin or markup, and review the results. An AI model does not set your product prices.
Can I compare supplier Excel files by SKU or barcode?
Yes. Use a supplier CSV or XLSX file and a fresh Shopify product CSV. Choose exact SKU or barcode matching within one store vendor. Duplicate, missing or ambiguous identifiers are flagged for review instead of being guessed; identifiers are treated as text to preserve existing leading zeros.
What can I use for free?
The fictional sample comparison and its demo exports are free. You can also preview comparisons using your own files and download issue reports without signing in. Customer-file export downloads require active export access.
What are the export-access options?
Choose a $19 USD one-time pass for 168 hours from verified payment with no renewal, or a $29 USD monthly subscription, plus applicable taxes. Sign in to purchase or recover export access. Monthly renewal can be canceled from your profile while keeping access through the paid period.
How many store variants can I export?
Both paid export options cover up to 5,000 store variants per comparison. Repeat comparisons and exports are included while your access is active. This limit is for store variants, not a count of supplier files or export attempts.
Are my product files uploaded or saved?
Product files and comparison results are processed in browser memory and are not automatically uploaded. They disappear when you reload, close the page, reset the session or sign out. You may save column-mapping preferences locally. Account, billing, support and analytics information are handled separately.
Are all Shopify product configurations supported?
No. The documented development-store checks cover specific standard-variant cases. Metafield-linked options remain report-only, and a missing original sibling value can exclude a corresponding update. Use a fresh Shopify export and read the compatibility page before importing. Analytical reports are not Shopify import files.
