Privacy & local processing
Product catalogs, supplier spreadsheets, filenames and comparison reports are processed in your browser. PriceListPilot does not automatically upload these files or their contents. Files and results disappear when you reload, close the page or sign out. You may save column-mapping preferences in this browser.
For accounts and billing, we store your email, hashed sign-in/session tokens, payment-provider references, paid-access periods, subscription status and short-lived hashed rate-limit records. Session cookies keep you signed in. Optional cancellation feedback is stored with your account and subscription; do not include sensitive product information in comments.
Proton sends sign-in emails and delivers contact-form submissions to our support inbox. When you submit the contact form, your email, chosen category and question are sent to support and retained in email correspondence. The application database stores only short-lived hashed rate-limit records for this form, not the question itself. Stripe processes payments and provides billing documents; we do not collect card details. Cloudflare hosts application assets and account/billing metadata. Contact support for privacy questions or account-data requests.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and page-load performance without analytics cookies. Its beacon reports page paths and timing information, with URL query strings and fragments excluded. We do not include product files, comparison values or support questions in analytics events.
